"Chile and China are neighbors across the sea. The Belt and Road cooperation has brought us closer to each other," said Chilean President Gabriel Boric in an exclusive interview with Xinhua here on Tuesday.
Chile is looking forward to becoming the gateway for China to Latin America, Boric said in the interview.
The Chilean president came to China to attend the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) and pay a state visit.■
