CANBERRA, July 16 (Xinhua) -- An Australian economist has said that an agenda truly multilateral in its purpose is needed as the world economy is facing a period of "considerable uncertainty."
He said the potentials are there for both China's economy and the bilateral cooperation between China and Australia.
