This year, 2024, marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Today, we will speak with David W. Ferguson, Honorary Chief English Editor of the Foreign Languages Press, to hear his insights on the significant achievements of the PRC over the past 75 years, as well as the strengths of China's development model.
He said, if you look at conceptually how the system in China works, is based on three Cs, which are cooperation, consultation, and consensus. If you contrast, what you have in the Western system is you've got competition, confrontation, and conflict.
