RAMALLAH, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Four Palestinians were killed and seven others injured on Sunday during clashes with the Israeli army in the West Bank, the Ramallah-based Health Ministry said in a press statement.
"Mousa Zaarour, 22, Nabil Halabeia, 20, and Mohammed Afana, 22, were killed by the Israeli army in Abu Dis town in the east of Jerusalem, while Ahmed Dababsa, 22, was killed in Nuba town in Hebron city," it noted.
A Palestinian security source told Xinhua that Halabeia was killed during armed clashes with the Israeli soldiers who surrounded him in a house in Abu Dis.
Meanwhile, six Palestinians were injured by Israeli soldiers' live fire in Abu Dis. They were transferred to Beit Jala Hospital in Bethlehem, and two of them were in critical condition, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
Another young man was also seriously injured by gunfire from Israeli troops who stormed a Palestinian refugee camp in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, according to the Health Ministry.
Israeli forces on Sunday arrested more than 30 Palestinians throughout the West Bank, including three journalists, said a Palestinian security source who required anonymity. ■
