BEIJING, Dec. 24 (Xinhua) -- All the 90 members of the seventh-term Legislative Council (LegCo) of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) had been elected by Monday morning.
This LegCo election was the first since improvements were made to the HKSAR electoral system.
Experts say that the improved HKSAR electoral system is more representative and will resolve problems related to people's livelihood and the economy.
