HONG KONG, March 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted 72 km SSW of Kavieng, Papua New Guinea at 13:51:49 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 3.2132 degrees south latitude and 150.6471 degrees east longitude. ■
