BUDAPEST, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Australia claimed the mixed 4x100m freestyle title in a new world record time of 3 minutes 19.38 seconds at the 19th FINA World Championships here on Friday.
Canada took the silver in 3:20.61, and the United States grabbed the bronze in 3:21.09.
The Chinese team of Hong Jinquan, Wang Changhao, Lao Lihui and Ai Yanhan finished eighth in 3:26.92. ■
