SINGAPORE, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- The non-oil domestic exports (NODX) in Singapore expanded 15.7 percent year-on-year in July, reversing the 8.8 percent decline in June, the government agency Enterprise Singapore said Friday.
Both electronic NODX and non-electronic NODX picked up growth in July.
NODX to Singapore's top markets as a whole expanded in July. The United States, Malaysia, and the Chinese mainland were the largest contributors to the expansion.
Singapore's total trade increased 13.7 percent year-on-year in July, following the 1.2 percent growth in June.
Total exports in Singapore grew 13.4 percent year-on-year last month, and total imports expanded 14.0 percent. ■
