From Aug. 30 to Sept. 3, Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit 2026 in Bishkek and pay state visits to Kyrgyzstan and Egypt.
Since 2013, Xi has attended every SCO summit, either in person or via video link, promoting closer cooperation among member states on security, development and cultural exchanges.
