48-year-old Li Fengqiang from central China, who lost both arms as a child, has set a Guinness World Record by putting on and taking off a pair of socks with his feet in just 25.73 seconds.
As China's 36th National Day for assisting persons with disabilities approaches, Li hopes his challenge can inspire more people to keep trying, overcome difficulties and believe in their own potential.
