BEIJING, April 1 (Xinhua) -- Tuesday marks the 40th anniversary of the implementation of China's Patent Law.
On April 1, 1985, the Patent Law was enacted in China. Since then, it has undergone several revisions, providing legal support for the country's intellectual property development.
