HARBIN, March 31 (Xinhua) -- The Milky Way arch is visible from March to July each year, marking a prime five-month window for viewing and photography. During this period, the Milky Way rises from the eastern horizon and forms a luminous arc, resembling a celestial bridge suspended in darkness.
