BEIJING, June 25 (Xinhua) -- A draft financial stability law was submitted to the ongoing session of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, the national legislature, for a second review on Tuesday.
The draft clarifies which leading bodies are responsible for the central financial work, as well as their duties, and improves financial risk prevention and management provisions.
It also stipulates further ways to reinforce financial supervision, enhance financial risk prevention measures, and ensure the diligent undertaking of all responsibilities related to financial risk management.
The draft financial stability law underwent its first review in December 2022, and was subsequently opened to public opinion. Enditem
