LAGOS, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Established through a partnership between Chinese companies and the Lagos state government, the Lekki Free Trade Zone began construction in 2006. Over 18 years, the zone has played a pivotal role in Nigeria's socio-economic development, notably accelerating industrialization and job creation.
