RONGSHUI, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Miao ethnic people in high mountainous villages of Liuzhou are busy preparing celebratory merchandise, hosting feasts, and rehearsing festive events ahead of the upcoming Chinese New Year despite the freezing weather.
