China is accelerating its pace to be the center of innovation, said Paddy Cosgrave, co-founder of Web Summit and Collision, two of the world's largest and fastest-growing tech conferences.
"Take Great Bay Area for example, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, are all welcoming AI industry. The government is providing enormous supports to facilitate the development of the industry. And all the researchers in this field are getting very excited," said an expert at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
