KARACHI, Pakistan, July 11 (Xinhua) -- People and vehicles move on a flooded road after heavy rain in Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi.
Pakistani Minister of Climate Change Sherry Rehman told a press conference last week that the country has seen 87 percent more rain than normal during the monsoon season this year.
