Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday that Russia is open to peace talks, and the negotiations with Ukraine will get more difficult with time passing by.
The president said the attempts of Western countries to impose a new order on the world are doomed to fail.
The Russian Defense Ministry said Thursday that Russia's aerospace forces have destroyed temporary deployment points and ammunition depots near the city of Artemovsk in Donetsk.
The ministry also said the United States has spent more than 250 million U.S. dollars on military biological activities in Ukraine since 2005.
