BEIJINIG, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Here are the latest Chinese sports headlines over the past week:
1. China sweeps 13 diving golds at FINA World Championships

China completed a clean sweep of 13 diving gold medals at the FINA World Championships after Yang Jian defended the men's 10m platform title in a roller-coaster final here on July 3.
For the first time, the all-conquering Chinese diving team pocketed all the golds on offer at an overseas World Championships. Such a feat goes one better than at the 2019 Worlds in Gwangju, South Korea, when China didn't participate in the mixed 3m synchronized, a non-Olympic event.
2. Chinese F1 driver Zhou Guanyu eyes Austria GP after surviving terrifying crash

Several days after surviving a terrifying crash at the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, Chinese driver Zhou Guanyu is ready to put on his suit and race in his Alfa Romeo car again.
"I think I'm all good," Zhou told Xinhua in an exclusive interview just four days after the crash. "I'm prepared to race."
Zhou was involved in a multi-car pile-up on Lap 1 of the British Grand Prix last weekend, as his car flipped upside down and rolled off the track, and was later stuck between the crash barrier and catch fencing.
3. China's Zhang Zhenlin to play for Suns in NBA Summer League

Chinese forward Zhang Zhenlin has been confirmed to play for the Phoenix Suns wearing No. 17 jersey in the NBA 2022 Summer League.
The 23-year-old power forward made his debut in China's national team during the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 qualifiers. He played for Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) side the Liaoning Flying Leopards over the last two seasons and won the CBA championship last season.
4. The National Speed Skating Oval open to public

The National Speed Skating Oval, also known as the "Ice Ribbon," opened to the public on July 9.
Hosted the speed skating events during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, the "Ice Ribbon" now gives visitors a chance to take photos with Beijing 2022 mascot Bing Dwen Dwen and a tour around the Champions Wall. They can also enjoy a skating experience on the "fastest ice" at sea level of 12,000 square meters in area.
5. CSL to resume home and away games in August

The Chinese Super League (CSL) will resume home and away games in early August when the second phase of the 2022 season starts, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) announced on July 6.
"The current plan is that the 11th round will start on August 5 and finish in mid-December," said Guo Bingyan, a senior official from the preparatory group.
