The festival consisted of over 100 food stalls of vegan restaurants. Israel is home to many vegans, especially in Tel Aviv. The festival includes health stands, activities for children, cooking classes, and a variety of food stands.
The festival is organized by Vegan Friendly, Israel's largest vegan organization, which is also responsible for certifying vegan products in the country.
The bustling Israeli metropolitan has gained the reputation of the "vegan capital of the world."
