U.S. President Joe Biden visited South Korea and Japan from Friday to Tuesday, his first trip to Asia since taking office.
During his visit to Japan, Biden attended the summit of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (Quad) to hustle the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF), an extension of its "Indo-Pacific Strategy" intended to exclude China.
Experts have said the United States is doomed to fail in its attempt to form closed and exclusive cliques.
