ZHENGZHOU, May 17 (Xinhua) --Digital technologies, such as drone-based multi-functional monitoring system, Beidou navigation system, big data analysis and intelligent irrigation control system, have been applied in central China's Henan Province to assist farming and harvest.
In a pilot digital demonstration farmland in Xiayi County, a drone equipped with the Beidou navigation system is used to carry out plant protection operation.
Through the digital agricultural management platform, the temperature, humidity, wind power and moisture content of wheat fields can be monitored in real-time.
