FUCHUAN, May 17 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese double amputee farmer has proven that he can accomplish more than many able-bodied people.
Fan Yutian was born in 1989 in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He lost his arms in an accident when he was only three. Since then, he gradually learned to use his feet to manage daily life and do farm work.
In 2016, Fan studied public speaking and devoted himself to social welfare activities. He gives speeches to students every year, in the hope that his experience can inspire more students to rise to challenges.
Despite all the difficulties, Fan has opened a new chapter in life.
