ANYUE, Sichuan, April 12 (Xinhua) --Anyue county in Sichuan, China was battered by strong gales on Monday.
The fastest wind speed reached around 40 m/s.
The severe weather caused flooding and affected at least 10,000 people.
Twenty people suffered minor injuries, and among them 16 have been discharged from hospital.
