URUMQI, March 25 (Xinhua) -- Bone carving is a special type of Kazakh craftsmanship that has been listed as a regional-level intangible cultural heritage of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Geming Nuerk, a third-generation inheritor of bone carving, has been devoted to passing down the craftsmanship with the support from the local government.
