BEIJING, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- Starting from the opening ceremony, elements inspired by traditional Chinese culture have become prevalent, both inside and outside of the venues of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
The following are the Chinese elements of the Beijing Olympic Winter Games. Which one is your favourite?
Panda
The mascot for the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games "Bing Dwen Dwen", a panda in an icy coat likened to a popular local snack sugar-coated haws, has recently become a smash hit.

"Ruyi"
The "S-type" curve of the National Ski Jumping Center, located in the Zhangjiakou competition zone, is nicknamed "Snow Ruyi" as it resembles the shape of a "Ruyi", a traditional Chinese ornament symbolizing good luck.

China's National Ski Jumping Center, also known as "Snow Ruyi", is located in Zhangjiakou, co-host city for 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, which will host competitions in Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined event, has a 'S-type' curve that resembles the shape of 'ruyi', a traditional Chinese ornamental object for luck. "The Great Wall"
A snow Great Wall-shaped track has been built for the slopestyle event at the Genting Snow Park in Zhangjiakou, north China's Hebei Province.
