KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- A total of 300 Afghans have been commissioned to the police force in the southern Kandahar province after receiving military training, a trainer at Abudjana training center Hamidullah Edris said Wednesday.

Participants of the 50-day training course had learned how to deal with criminals, behave with the people and control traffic on streets and highways, the official added.
