KINSHASA, March 29 (Xinhua) -- The UN peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) said Tuesday that it has lost contact with one of its helicopters on a reconnaissance mission in the Rutshuru territory of the northeastern North Kivu province.
The cause of the disappearance remains unknown and search efforts are ongoing, MONUSCO said. ■
