What does the future hold for China-U.S. relations? In this short documentary, Xinhua's Miao Xiaojuan sits down with Kenneth Quinn, President Emeritus of the World Food Prize Foundation, to revisit his encounters with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as Iowa's distinctive role in bringing the two countries closer.
Inspired by President Xi's 2023 speech in San Francisco, Quinn remains, at 84, a tireless advocate for partnership over confrontation, and for what he calls "peace through agriculture."
