NEW YORK, Aug. 20 (Xinhua) -- A pilot was killed and two state troopers were injured when a small plane collided with a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter Wednesday evening, U.S. media reported.

The mid-air collision occurred at Carlisle Airport during a training exercise. The pilot of the small plane, a Cessna 150, was killed and two state police troopers were injured.
