BEIJING, July 19 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted the near coast of Chiapas, Mexico, at 1726 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 14.41 degrees north latitude and 92.90 degrees west longitude. ■
