NEW YORK, June 16 (Xinhua) -- One person was killed and one injured in a hospital shooting Tuesday afternoon in Wilmington, the U.S. state of Delaware, and the suspect remains at large, local police said.
Two victims were found at the Wilmington Hospital, and one died from his injuries, said Police Chief Wilfredo Campos of the Wilmington Police Department at a news conference.
The suspect was "outstanding at this time," and law enforcement was working to identify and locate him, he said.
The hospital has lifted the lockdown imposed after the shooting.
Preliminary information indicated the incident began when a hospital employee shot two colleagues, local media reported. ■
