WASHINGTON, June 1 (Xinhua) -- U.S. forces intercepted two Iranian ballistic missiles targeting American forces based in Kuwait late Sunday, the U.S. Central Command said on X Monday.
The missiles were immediately defeated and no U.S. personnel were harmed, it added. ■
