BEIJING, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Central Mid-Atlantic Ridge at 1953 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 2.94 degrees north latitude and 31.39 degrees west longitude. ■
