BEIJING, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 jolted 90 km north of Yakutat, Alaska at 2041 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 60.36 degrees north latitude and 139.55 degrees west longitude.
