WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- A car fleeing police slammed into a crowded bar early Saturday in Tampa, Florida, killing four and injuring 11 others, said local authorities.
Police said a 22-year-old suspect lost control of the car and crashed into a bar patio early Saturday morning in Tampa's Ybor City, a region known for its nightlife and tourists. The suspect has been taken into custody.
Local media quoted court documents as saying that the suspect was charged with four counts of vehicular homicide and four counts of aggravated fleeing or eluding with serious bodily injury or death, all first-degree felonies. ■
