NEW YORK, March 28 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6 jolted central Mid-Atlantic Ridge at 2025-03-28 17:17:26 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 6.4 km, was initially determined to be at 0.72 degrees north latitude and 29.76 degrees west longitude. ■
