NEW YORK, Jul. 15 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted 187 km ESE of Hihifo, Tonga at 2024-07-15 17:40:20 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 16.48 degrees south latitude and 172.13 degrees west longitude. ■
