BEIJING, July 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 jolted Vancouver Island off Canada's Pacific Coast on Thursday, said the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 48.90 degrees north latitude and 128.58 degrees west longitude. ■
