NEW YORK, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted Vanuatu region at 18:58:38 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 37.1 km, was initially determined to be at 16.66 degrees south latitude and 172.89 degrees east longitude. ■
