NEW YORK, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 156 km ENE of Bitung, Indonesia at 18:05:27 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 40.4 km, was initially determined to be at 1.89 degrees north latitude and 126.47 degrees east longitude. ■
