NEW YORK, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted Pagan region, Northern Mariana Islands, at 18:15:34 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 623.2 km, was initially determined to be at 18.78 degrees north latitude and 145.30 degrees east longitude. ■
