NEW YORK, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar rose in late trading on Tuesday.
The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, increased by 0.02 percent to 103.209 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT). ■
