NEW YORK, June 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted 44 km SW of Khost, Afghanistan at 20:54:41 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 50.83 km, was initially determined to be at 33.1087 degrees north latitude and 69.5285 degrees east longitude. ■
