NEW YORK, May 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted 109 km south of Lakatoro, Vanuatu at 19:26:36 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 17.0931 degrees south latitude and 167.4097 degrees east longitude. ■
