ANKARA, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Türkiye has apprehended 327 suspects in operations targeting cybercrime over the last five days, the Interior Ministry said on Monday.
According to the ministry, the operations were conducted across 22 provinces, targeting online child obscenity and harassment, aggravated fraud, and illegal betting.
Of the suspects, 137 were arrested, while 75 were placed under judicial control.
The operations were carried out by the cybercrime units of provincial police departments in coordination with the General Directorate of Security, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and public prosecutor's offices. ■
