BRATISLAVA, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) -- Slovakian analysts slightly revised down the country's 2026 economic growth forecast to 0.8 percent, according to a survey published by the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS).
The monthly survey reflects the average forecasts of analysts from six selected banks operating in Slovakia. The data are updated once a month.
Analysts kept their forecast for average inflation, measured by the Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices, unchanged at 3.7 percent for this year.
Meanwhile, they estimated that the country's year-on-year employment rate will decline slightly. ■
