KIEV, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- A series of explosions was heard in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev on early Wednesday amid a ballistic missile threat, the Ukrainian air force said.
The Kiev City Military Administration urged local residents to seek shelters immediately and remain there until the danger is over. ■
