BELGRADE, July 22 (Xinhua) -- The International School Sport Federation (ISF) announced Tuesday that it had elected its executive committee for the 2026-2030 term.
Serbia's Zeljko Tanaskovic was elected president, while three vice presidents, Antonio Filho of Brazil, Youssef Belqasmi of Morocco and Teng Lianshuai of China, were among the 22 members elected to the committee.
"The new ISF EC brings together experienced members of the ISF leadership and new faces, combining institutional knowledge and continuity with fresh perspectives and new ideas for the future of international school sport," the ISF said in a social media post following the two-day meeting on July 20-21.
The ISF oversees international school sports competitions and promotes physical education and sport participation among students worldwide. ■
