WARSAW, June 26 (Xinhua) -- Five people were injured Friday after a multi-vehicle collision on Poland's A8 motorway bypass around Wroclaw, southwest Poland, according to Polish media RMF24, citing local authorities.
The accident, which involved five passenger cars, occurred Friday afternoon on the carriageway heading toward Warsaw between Wroclaw West and Wroclaw Airport interchanges, according to the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
As of 7 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), traffic had been restored, though congestion was expected to take some time to fully clear, according to local media. ■
